Align Med Partners is seeking a part-time Palliative Care Provider (24 hours per week) for a float position across three centers in Phillipsburg, NJ:
Lopatcong Center, Complete Care at Phillipsburg, and Complete Care at Brakeley Park. This role can be filled by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and requires at least 1 year of palliative care experience.
Base pay is $58-$61 per hour plus our incentive program.
