St. Luke's - - Responsibilities:
Prepare and portion foods according to recipes and service requirements.;
Ensure foods are served at proper temperatures and properly presented.;
Follow recipes and forecasted amounts to ensure correct portions for service.;
Review menus with staff and communicate changes; plan next day's service.;
Assist with general sanitation and maintain a clean work area in the food service department.
