Job Details- Salary: $17 to $21 per hour

As an Automotive Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors at our dealership. Your role is critical in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining accurate records and supporting dealership operations.
Primary Duties- Greet customers and answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Guide customers to the appropriate department for assistance.
- Maintain accurate filing of receipts, permits, and other documentation for efficient data retrieval.
- Assist with customer complaints and adjustments, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
- Support other employees by sharing knowledge and promoting teamwork.
- Arrive on time and maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule.
- Adhere to all dealership policies, ethical standards, and safety procedures.
- Contribute to a neat, orderly, and professional work environment.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
This role is based in a dealership administrative setting with regular interaction with customers in person. Some exposure to weather conditions may occur when greeting guests outside.

Job Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least one year of receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
- Ability to sit, stand, talk, hear, and move around the dealership as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds safely.
- Capability to adjust vision focus as required for tasks.
- Willingness to work in a dealership administrative setting with some exposure to weather conditions when greeting customers.
