Warehouse Associates needed in Phillipsburg, NJ tiple shifts available earning $19.50 per hour. The role includes picking, packing, sorting, shipping, and receiving of various products.

6:30 pm – 5:00 am
Sun‑Wed, Wed‑Sat, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri

$19.50 per hour

Our client is a leader in supply chain logistics distribution, newly located in the Phillipsburg area. This is an entry level role as a Warehouse Associate. You will perform a steady and standard workload, rotating through various job roles. You will react to lights and sounds when deviations occur and communicate with shift leads to ensure any deviations of product that are detected are reported in a timely manner.

• Receive and put away inventory
• Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan and label inventory items
• Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot problems
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Push utility pallets up to 60 pounds
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other gear to move items around
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
