Accounting Coordinator

Compensation: $60K-$70K

Schedule:

On-site, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Our growing real estate client in Scottsdale is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to fully own the A/P and A/R function across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

What You'll Do

+ Coordinate full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

+ Process utility payments, allocations, and tenant chargebacks

+ Handle sales and use tax filings, registrations, and compliance

+ Maintain W‑9s and complete year-end 1099 reporting

+ Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare monthly AR reporting

+ Support budgeting, financial statements, and audit activities

+ Collaborate closely with leadership in a lean, fast-paced environment

Requirements

What We're Looking For

+ Real estate industry accounting experience (required)

+ Yardi proficiency (required)

+ Strong Accounts Payable background (A/R training provided if needed)

+ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the function
