Staff Accountant

The Keller Group is currently seeking a self-driven and motivated individual for a Staff Accountant position in the Phoenix area. • Participate in the month-end and year-end closing process, collaborating closely with the existing accounting team
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and posting journal entries
• Assist with financial statement preparation
• Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and bank statements
• Assist with necessary research and documentation

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a minimum of two years of professional accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as various accounting software
• Great Plains preferred (not required)
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
