Job Overview

Vaco has partnered with a healthcare company searching for a Multiview Accounting Consultant to support a major system cleanup and assist with a system upgrade. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong accounting foundation who is highly skilled in Multiview and can provide support and guidance during a transition period.

Job Title:

Multiview Accounting Consultant

Location:

Remote (client is based in New Mexico)
Pay Rate: $50 - $60 per hour
Project Duration: 3+ months

• Lead and advise on upgrade of Multiview software
• Support accounting cleanup efforts, primarily in AP and fixed assets (with potential to expand)
• Provide guidance on best practices and system optimization
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth upgrade and post‑implementation functionality
• Serve as a high‑level accounting resource during cleanup and transition

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Strong accounting background (Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller level)
• Multiview power user with strong expertise required
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
