Schedule: Mon - Fri - 8am - 5pm - onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general ledger and account reconciliations including bank statements, balance sheets, prepaids, and accruals
  • Create and post journal entries and understand debits and credits
  • Conduct bank validations and monitor POS system data for deposit accuracy and fraud detection
  • Handle intercompany balancing and resolve pricing or quantity discrepancies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments
  • Research and resolve flagged transactions and inconsistencies
  • Assist with 4 week close including prepaids and accruals (e.g., utilities, etc.)
  • Audit automated system data for consistency and errors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting ideal but not required
  • 1+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • Experience with ERP accounting software
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
