Job Overview
Vaco is hiring a Staff Accountant for our top client in North Phoenix! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying $35/hour, ideal for someone with strong fixed asset accounting experience who wants a path to permanency.
Responsibilities- Implement and enforce fixed asset accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Prepare journal entries across the full lifecycle of fixed assets
- Complete monthly account reconciliations for assigned accounts
- Prepare financial reporting schedules for internal and external reporting
- Support internal and external auditors by providing documentation and responding to audit requests
- Working knowledge of fixed asset accounting
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
Paid $35/hour. Eligible for discretionary bonuses. Medical, dental, vision benefits. 401(k) plan. Salary range is disclosed.
