• Lead general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to management
• Assist in developing and improving accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Partner cross-functionally to support business initiatives and ensure financial accuracy
• Contribute to process improvements as the company grows and operations become more complex

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred (or actively pursuing)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or within a public company environment
• Strong general ledger accounting expertise, including hands-on financial statement preparation
• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with modern accounting systems
