• Audit experience at a national public accounting firm preferred
• CPA license (or active pursuit of CPA) strongly preferred
• Experience in technical accounting research and financial reporting
• Organized, curious, and comfortable handling complex engagements
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

You’ll support clients on IPO readiness, public company reporting, SEC compliance, and technical accounting projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning key engagement work streams from planning through delivery
• Preparing and reviewing technical memos, schedules, and financial statement footnotes
• Supporting 10-K, 10-Q, and other public filings
• Conducting technical research and drafting accounting position papers
• Assisting with purchase accounting and deal-related analysis (ASC 805)
• Supporting projects involving revenue recognition, share-based compensation, lease accounting, and SOX
• Communicating directly with client teams to keep projects moving efficiently

• Rapid technical skill development across diverse industries
• Exposure to nine- and ten-figure transactions
• A clear path toward Manager or senior industry accounting roles
• A collaborative culture with low travel and sustainable hours

Hybrid schedule: 3–4 remote days per week and 1–2 in-office days. Occasional travel within the Phoenix metro area may be required.
