Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Prepare, review, and analyze individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065)
    • Compute taxes owed and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
    • Lead and mentor staff accountants and manage engagement workflows
    • Oversee client relationships and provide strategic advice and tax planning
    • Conduct tax research on complex issues and communicate findings to clients
    • Identify value-add opportunities and cross-selling potential across firm services
    • Participate in networking and business development efforts
    • Stay current on changes in tax law and regulatory updates
    • Foster a culture of teamwork, professional development, and continuous learning
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (required)
  • Master’s in Taxation (preferred)
  • CPA or EA License
  • 7–15 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax preparation, review, and planning
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex engagements and mentor staff
  • Proficiency with tax software (Ultra Tax, Go File Room , BNA, RIA) and MS Office
  • Proven leadership skills and interest in fast-tracking to partner
  • Strong client service, analytical, and communication skills
