Accounting Manager

• Oversee general ledger operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end close
• Manage preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Lead corporate tax compliance, including federal, state, and local filings
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on complex tax matters and planning strategies
• Support quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and related disclosures
• Strengthen internal controls and enhance accounting policies and procedures
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support business initiatives and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Provide coaching and guidance to staff accountants and senior accountants
• Assist with audit preparation and serve as a key point of contact for auditors
• Drive process improvements to support scalability and operational efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 8+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or a public company environment
• Strong general ledger accounting background, including hands‑on financial statement preparation
• Experience with corporate tax compliance and tax provision processes
• Deep understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with modern ERP/accounting systems

• 8+ progressive years of accounting leadership experience
• Public accounting/public company experience required
• CPA required, Bachelors in Accounting
• Hybrid GL/Corporate Tax experience required
