Junior Staff Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Staff Accountant to join our client's dynamic team in Phoenix.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements, maintaining and reconciling ledgers and accounts, and supporting the senior accounting team with various financial tasks.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance.
• Regular processing of accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control.
• Reconcile account balances and bank statements, maintain general ledger and prepare month-end close procedures.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors.
• Interface regularly with the revenue cycle management team.
• Support the senior accountants with any ad-hoc tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
