The Keller Group is supporting out well-established and growing client in search of a Corporate Accountant to join their accounting team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical accounting professional who will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment.

- Execute month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis and preparation of financial statements
- Maintain and track fixed asset records for corporate-level entities.
- Ensure financial reporting is completed timely and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and SEC rules and regulations.
- Prepare detailed analyses and reconciliations of consolidated corporate accounts.
- Research, document, and assist with the implementation of new and emerging accounting standards.
- Assist in maintaining documentation of internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance with SOX.
- Provide support to external auditors during annual audits and quarterly reviews.
- Participate in special projects, including continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- CPA or progress toward CPA certification preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant accounting experience; public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with SEC reporting requirements.
- Experience with financial statement preparation and account reconciliations.
- Understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
