Key Colour Synthesis is growing — and we’re looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Specialist to join our Phoenix team.
We are a specialty colorant and chemical solutions company serving aquatics, coatings, plastics, inks, and laundry dye markets across North America. As a merged organization combining technical expertise and manufacturing capabilities, we operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commitment to accountability and service.
What You’ll Do- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Handle invoicing, collections, vendor payments & reconciliations
- Assist with month‑end close
- Support year‑end financial statements
- Maintain accurate financial records
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Strong Excel skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
- ERP experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a small office environment
- $55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
- 401(k)
- Paid vacation
