Accounting Manager

As the Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of financial management and reporting for several manufacturing clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all accounting activities. • Manage the full accounting cycle for multiple manufacturing clients, including month‑end close, general ledger oversight, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review accurate financial statements, management reports, and analytical insights
• Lead client audits, support compliance obligations, and uphold strong internal controls
• Provide expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing finance processes
• Collaborate with client leadership teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance financial transparency
• Mentor and supervise junior accountants within the consultancy team
• Build trusted, long‑term client relationships and act as a key financial advisor

• Fully qualified accountant (CPA)
• Strong background in accounting within the manufacturing sector; consultancy experience is advantageous
• Solid understanding of cost accounting, inventory systems, and operational finance
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
