Accounts Receivable Specialist

Vaco Phoenix is working with a client in Glendale who is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, processing invoices and payments, managing collections, and supporting vendor expense entry and timely payments.

This is a contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent role. Compensation is up to $28 per hour, depending on experience.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and maintain accurate account records.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor receivables for past due or irregular activity and perform collections outreach.
• Post customer payments and reconcile the AR ledger.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to support accurate invoicing.
• Produce monthly AR reporting.

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Experience with accounting software;
  Net Suite preferred
