Senior Accountant​/Office Manager

Vaco Phoenix is hiring a Senior Accountant/Office Manager for a top company in South Phoenix. This is a permanent fully onsite position offering up to $100,000 annually.

• Manage the full cycle of accounting operations
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform month-end and year-end close
• Prepare and reconcile financial statements
• Process payroll and manage benefits/401(k) accounting
• Handle multi-state tax filings and compliance
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Experience in services and/or manufacturing industries
• Multi-state tax experience
• Hands‑on experience with payroll, benefits, and 401(k) accounting
• Strong Quick Books proficiency
• Prior experience in handling full accounting ownership
