Accounts Payable - Tempe, AZ

Overview

Vaco is partnering with a leading client in Tempe, AZ to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. The ideal candidate will have high volume data entry and invoice processing experience. This opportunity offers a contract-to-hire path with competitive pay of up to $21/hour.

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and promptly
• Completing all weekly and monthly payment runs in a timely and accurate manner
• Dealing with remittances
• Sorting, three-way matching, coding, and obtaining approvals for payment
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, statements, etc
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Maintaining historical records
• Paying vendors by scheduling  and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
• Responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance

• Automated AP Processes

Compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual 0s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The salary range for the role is noted in this job posting as required by local law where applicable.
