Construction Billing Specialist
Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a growing team looking to add a Construction Billing Specialist to support project financials and day-to-day accounting operations. This is a full-time, onsite role based in the Phoenix area, offering a salary range of $65K–$70K depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Manage invoicing, vendor communication, and account reconciliations
- Prepare and submit project billings in line with contract terms
- Partner with internal teams to track costs, payments, and project financials
- Assist with month-end close and bank reconciliations
- Maintain vendor documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Work within client platforms to upload and manage billing and compliance info
- 3+ years of project-based accounting or billing experience
- Strong AIA billing experience
- Experience with job costing and tracking project spend
- Familiarity with Quick Books
Compensation includes a salary range of $65K–$70K, discretionary bonuses, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
