Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Accounting & Payroll Specialist to support accounting, payroll, and payroll-related HR administration for a growing manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ.

This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of accounting/payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and hands‑on experience using Paylocity. The HR portion of the role will mainly support payroll, employee records, onboarding paperwork, and timekeeping accuracy.

Position: Bilingual Accounting & Payroll Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027

Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

Pay Range: $70k - 75k DOE

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
  • Process and support payroll through Paylocity
  • Review timecards, attendance records, payroll changes, deductions, and employee information for accuracy
  • Maintain payroll‑related HR records, employee files, and onboarding documentation
  • Support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance‑related recordkeeping
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Prepare invoices, expense records, financial summaries, and accounting documentation
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, vendor, and payroll‑related records
  • Assist with month‑end reporting, general ledger support, and audit preparation
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for accounting, payroll, and HR compliance
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and management in Mandarin and English as needed
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English required
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, or finance administration
  • Hands‑on Paylocity experience required
  • ADP experience is a plus
  • Experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll records
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Basic understanding of payroll compliance, deductions, employee records, and timekeeping accuracy
  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong organization and follow‑through
  • Able to handle confidential payroll and financial information professionally

    Experience in manufacturing, construction, or small‑to‑mid‑sized business environments is a plus
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
