Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Accounting & Payroll Specialist to support accounting, payroll, and payroll-related HR administration for a growing manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ.
This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of accounting/payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and hands‑on experience using Paylocity. The HR portion of the role will mainly support payroll, employee records, onboarding paperwork, and timekeeping accuracy.
Position: Bilingual Accounting & Payroll Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027
Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Pay Range: $70k - 75k DOE
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities- Process and support payroll through Paylocity
- Review timecards, attendance records, payroll changes, deductions, and employee information for accuracy
- Maintain payroll‑related HR records, employee files, and onboarding documentation
- Support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance‑related recordkeeping
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare invoices, expense records, financial summaries, and accounting documentation
- Reconcile bank, credit card, vendor, and payroll‑related records
- Assist with month‑end reporting, general ledger support, and audit preparation
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for accounting, payroll, and HR compliance
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and management in Mandarin and English as needed
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English required
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, or finance administration
- Hands‑on Paylocity experience required
- ADP experience is a plus
- Experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll records
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Basic understanding of payroll compliance, deductions, employee records, and timekeeping accuracy
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong organization and follow‑through
- Able to handle confidential payroll and financial information professionally
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or small‑to‑mid‑sized business environments is a plus - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
