SENIOR ACCOUNTANT / SUPERVISOR / MANAGER
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Accountant, Supervisor, or Manager-level accounting professional for a Phoenix-based organization. This is a full-time position offering opportunity for growth and leadership responsibilities within a dynamic accounting department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounting functions and oversee accounting team
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and transactions
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Mentor junior accounting staff
- Participate in budget planning and forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or progress toward CPA certification preferred
- 5+ years accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel Leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Salary: $120,000 – $150,000/year
