• Prepare, review, and submit individual and business income tax returns, including multi‑state filings.
• Conduct quarterly tax planning for businesses and individuals.
• Review tax returns prepared by staff, with potential for supervisory roles as tenure increases.
• Assess and review financial statements for tax preparation accuracy.
• Provide comprehensive income‑tax services for various entities, including communication with tax authorities.

• Extensive experience in business, corporate, trust, and partnership tax preparation.
• Active CPA license.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP.
• Minimum of 5 years of tax preparation experience.
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office, Quick Books, and accounting software (Ultra Tax experience is a plus).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and issue resolution capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a paperless environment.
