Accounting Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Process and manage invoices, banking transactions, and company credit card/expense programs with accuracy and timeliness
• Assist with month‑end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Support accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline financial processes

• Minimum of 3 years of staff accounting or full‑charge bookkeeping experience
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
