LocationCoastal Region Maintenance Yard, Greenville, NC (also supports the Piedmont Region Maintenance Team).
Schedule & Work HoursOn‑site, 40 hours per week. Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; occasional weekend work may be required.
Responsibilities- Review and process expense vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, and financial documents.
- Maintain accurate financial accounting data and reporting records.
- Prepare and verify financial statements and related documentation.
- Provide administrative support to regional maintenance teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting tasks.
- Working knowledge of accounting methods, procedures, and accounting practices.
- Working knowledge of presenting financial information clearly and concisely in oral and written form.
- Working knowledge of verifying accounting documents and forms for accuracy and completeness.
Associate degree in accounting from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of accounting experience; or high school diploma/GED and three years of experience in accounting work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Appropriate licensure may be required.
Salary Grade Range$35,596.00 – $62,294.00 (salary based on relevant qualifications, internal equity, and budgetary considerations).
