Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 (Salary)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Phoenix-based corporate headquarters. If you are looking for a role where your work directly impacts the growth of a rapidly expanding organization, we want to meet you.

Full-Cycle Accounting: Maintain accurate records for accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor payments across multiple practice locations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare journal entries, monthly bank reconciliations, and sales tax reports with high precision.
Data Integrity: Review and validate financial data submitted by practice managers to ensure organizational compliance.
Strategic Support: Develop budget tracking spreadsheets and analyze cash flow projections to support senior leadership in decision-making.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Required).
Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience; experience within a DSO or multi-unit healthcare environment is a major plus!
Technical
Skills:
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables) and experience with modern accounting software (Quick Books, Sage, or similar).Mindset: A problem-solver who values confidentiality, accuracy, and meeting month-end deadlines with minimal supervision.
