• Drive month-end close — journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Own the accounts payable process
• Keep a close eye on operating results and chase down discrepancies
• Spot inefficiencies and bring fresh ideas to improve how things run
• Lend a hand with payroll when needed
• Jump into audits, software upgrades, and special projects that keep things interesting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close and reconciliations
• Solid command of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills and strong overall Microsoft Office proficiency
• Sharp analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• A cool head when priorities shift and deadlines loom
