Accounts Receivable Representative III

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative III to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment processing, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining great customer relationships. • Correctly process and record customer payments and checks on a regular basis.
• Communicate with customers to secure payment for overdue invoices.
• Use relevant software programs to process invoices and record data; resolve discrepancies related to invoices.
• Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform any backup duties as needed with the accounting team and support project-based assignments.
