As the Givzey Accounting Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day accounting operations that keep our business moving at high speed. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll be the detail-obsessed, process-driven powerhouse ensuring our financials are accurate, timely, and ready to support our next big move.

• Be the go-to for invoicing and lead monthly revenue recognition reconciliations
• Keep accounts receivable on point—managing aging reports, credits, collections, and customer communication
• Oversee accounts payable, ensuring vendors are set up, approved, documented, and weekly AP batches are on time
• Manage daily cash posting and monthly bank reconciliations
• Review, code, and reconcile corporate credit card activity
• Own the month-end close process, including general ledger maintenance and balance sheet reconciliations
• Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities
• Document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Play a key role in system implementations or optimizations (e.g. ERP, billing, or expense tools)
• Support annual financial audits

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Understanding of US GAAP and accounting standards
• Excel wizardry plus an eye for automation and efficiency
• Laser-sharp attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture
• Comfort juggling multiple priorities with tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
