• Be our master of accounts payable! Manage invoices, payments, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Generate and send invoices via Quick Books Online.
• Handle electronic billing submissions through platforms like Ariba.
• Keep an eye on accounts receivable and chase any overdue payments.
• Resolve billing issues and discrepancies efficiently.
• Manage purchase order usage and internal billing requests.
• Support the finance and accounting team with monthly reconciliations.

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field (it’s a must!).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office and Quick Books Online proficiency.
• A knack for teamwork and working across departments.
