Staff Accountant

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top company in the Biltmore area to hire a Staff Accountant. This is a direct‑hire opportunity offering up to $72,000 annually. The position is fully onsite and is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of Staff Accountant experience who is looking to join a growing team.

• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Perform account and bank reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close
• Support financial reporting and analysis
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records

• 3+ years of Staff Accountant experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including the individual's skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, office location, and other considerations. The base salary range for the role is up to $72,000 annually. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
