Job Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, including timekeeping, payroll runs, wage/rate changes, overtime, corrections, and recurring payroll transactions
- Process employee deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, PTO payouts, sick time adjustments, garnishments, and final pay transactions
- Maintain payroll tax compliance and respond to federal and state payroll audit requests
- Prepare and distribute payroll‑related reports, including overtime analysis, certified payroll (Davis‑Bacon), employee loan balances, and general ledger transactions
- Partner with the Controller and cross‑functional departments to review payroll reporting, compliance, and operational needs
- Complete annual payroll responsibilities, including tax liability reporting and year‑end payroll close activities
- Ensure timely delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll deadlines, including payroll processing, reporting, audits, and site visits
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Fluent in Spanish
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
