Tax Senior

I'm partnering with a well-established boutique CPA firm in Phoenix that's looking to add a Tax Senior to its growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, wants exposure to more than just compliance work, and is looking for a firm where their contributions are visible and valued.

Unlike larger firms, you'll have direct access to leadership, meaningful client interaction, and the opportunity to play a larger role in engagements rather than being siloed into a specific function.

• Preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns
• Working with closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals
• Identifying tax planning opportunities and advising clients throughout the year
• Researching complex tax matters and providing practical solutions
• Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and mentoring team members
• Managing client relationships and serving as a trusted point of contact

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience with 1040, 1065, 1120S, and 1120 returns
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Someone who enjoys building client relationships and working as part of a collaborative team
