Vaco Arizona is partnering with a company in South Phoenix to hire an AP Invoice Auditor. This is a contract opportunity (1–3 months) offering up to $34/hour. The position is fully onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of Accounts Payable or invoice auditing experience who enjoys digging into discrepancies and working closely with operations teams.
Responsibilities- Audit vendor invoices against work orders, service records, pricing agreements, and supporting documentation
- Investigate billing discrepancies including overcharges, incorrect rates, duplicate charges, and unreceived goods/services
- Analyze invoice data to identify cost recovery opportunities
- Ensure vendor billing complies with contractual agreements and is properly documented
- Document findings and report on discrepancies and savings opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice issues and improve billing accuracy
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable, invoice auditing, vendor management, or contract review experience
