Our client is a boutique, design-forward hospitality group in active growth mode across the Phoenix, Tucson, and Gilbert markets. The group is known for creating immersive, high-end dining and social concepts rooted in strong design, hospitality, and culture — not fast-casual, formulaic operations
.
The company is scaling quickly, with several new full-service restaurant and social club concepts opening over the next several months, plus an active acquisition of an additional multi-unit restaurant business generating over $5 million in revenue. Backed by a growing group of private investors, the group is targeting $7 million in project funding to support this next phase of growth, moving from a single flagship concept into a true multi-brand portfoli
o.
The culture is built around sustainable leadership: a 50-hour workweek standard for staff (not a 60-70 hour grind), profit sharing, and real ownership potential on both the property and concept side for the leaders who help build the busine
ss.
This role is being created so ownership can step back from day-to-day financial oversight and focus on high-level strategy, land deals, and future growth. The Controller will own the financial side of the business as it moves through an active growth phase — several new restaurant openings underway, plus an additional acquisition in progress generating over $5 million in reve
nue.
This is a hands-on, systems-driven role, not a bookkeeping position. The Controller will build and maintain the financial infrastructure that lets ownership and investors trust the numbers as the company scales from a single flagship concept into a true multi-brand portfolio. Direct experience with Restaurant 365 is required — this is a systems-oriented organization, and Excel-only backgrounds will not be a
fit.
This is an opportunity to build the financial backbone of a company in the middle of real, well-funded expansion, with direct access to ownership and a clear path to grow alongside the bus
iness.
