Description

• Assist with the preparation of Financial Statements.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Monitor job budgets, ensuring expenses align with forecasted costs.
• Allocate job costs accurately and efficiently.
• Generate department reports as requested by management.
• Prepare and maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Handle vendor and banking setup, ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Schedule and process weekly vendor payments.
• Promote Suntec's core principles to cultivate a collaborative, accountable work culture and create an ESOP mindset that emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and long‑term investment.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of general ledger accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Sage CRE
  300 is preferred.
• Positive, team‑player attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Strong technical computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and leverage technology to improve processes.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
