Real Time Companies in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Payroll and Accounts Payable Administrator / Full Charge Bookkeeper. This role reports to the Accounting & Business Operations Manager and covers payroll, HR, AP, and related admin duties.
You will administer multi-state payroll for 40–60 employees, manage full cycle AP, benefits administration, vendor relations, and help maintain accounting policies. A strong detail orientation and ability to work independently are essential.
