Assistant Controller - Corporate Accounting

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as a key partner to the Controller/Director across all departmental functions.
• Assist in overseeing financial reporting and accounting deliverables across corporate and supported divisions.
• Review and maintain accuracy of financial data and internal controls within the accounting system.
• Develop team goals, provide training, and ensure accountability.
• Set up new properties in accounting software, ensuring accuracy at acquisition.
• Review and approve closing reconciliations for new acquisitions.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and manage budgets within accounting systems.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to improve accounting procedures and reporting.
• Oversee third‑party applications (e.g., Concur, Pay Ready, Inflow).
• Provide oversight of India accounting operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Four years of management in Property Management Accounting.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager preferred.

From this movement, the employee will encounter varying temperatures. The noise level on the project site work environment can be high but are low in the office environment.
