Job # 25242 Cash Application Specialist
Compensation and ScheduleCash Application Specialist – Full‑time, hybrid, $18–$24 per hour, Monday to Friday, start time between 6:00 am and 8:00 am after training. Join a positive team in a fast‑paced work environment!
Required Qualifications- 2+ years of recent refunds and payment posting experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Ensure daily cash receipts, non‑cash transactions, adjustments, denial posting, and write‑offs
- Post refunds daily
- Monitor and handle daily cash transfer processes to ensure funds are posted to the correct entity
- Act as backup for Revenue Cycle Tech when necessary
