Invitation Homes is seeking an Accountant for the Housing Authority Programs (HAP) in Phoenix, AZ. You will ensure accurate and timely accounting data for HAP transactions, audit monthly compliance, and collaborate with field personnel and HAP authorities to resolve discrepancies.
A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics and at least two years of relevant experience are preferred. The role requires intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of HUD regulations, with Yardi experience beneficial.
