Project Accountant II
Beacon Hill is seeking a Project Accountant II for a long-standing construction organization. This role will partner closely with project teams and play a key part in project financial management. Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and process subcontractor and supplier invoices
- Ensure project costs are accurately coded, accrued, and reflected in cost reports
- Support monthly project close activities, including project P&L review and analysis
- Process cost transfers and assist project teams with cost report management
- Assist with preparation and submission of owner billings
- Monitor accounts receivable, project cash flow, and payment status
- Partner with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting on active projects

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of construction accounting experience
- Experience with project accounting, job costing, or cost reporting
- Understanding of subcontract administration, billings, and project financial processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
