Join a collaborative payroll team supporting domestic payroll operations for a large organization. This role is responsible for processing payroll, reconciling payroll data, preparing reports, and supporting year-end tax filings while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees
• Reconcile earnings, deductions, garnishments, and payroll taxes
• Prepare monthly and quarterly payroll reports
• Support Workers’ Compensation and other payroll-related reporting
• Assist with payroll inquiries, research, audits, and issue resolution
• Coordinate payroll changes with internal and external stakeholders
• Support year-end payroll processing and W-2 tax filings

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 4+ years of payroll, tax, and accounting experience
• Experience with payroll reconciliations and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• SAP and ADP experience
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
