Tax Senior

We are seeking a Tax Senior professional to join our growing tax practice. This hybrid role requires three days per week in our local office, offering the perfect balance of flexibility and collaborative face-to-face team learning. You will review the work of staff accountants and interface directly with clients while managing diverse tax engagements.

Tax seniors lead the preparation and review of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. You will conduct complex tax research and provide technical guidance on compliance and planning strategies. Team members identify tax saving opportunities for clients and manage day to day client relationships. You will also supervise junior staff, provide constructive feedback on work papers, and collaborate with managers to ensure deadlines are met.

Candidates need a Bachelor degree in Accounting or a related field along with 3 or more years of experience in public accounting tax services. An active CPA license or status as an active CPA candidate currently pursuing the designation is required. You must possess a strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Candidates must be local to the Phoenix area to fulfill the 3-day in-office schedule.
