Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and reconcile monthly journal entries and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and audit activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other financial records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
