Overview

Responsibilities- Prepare, process, and review accurate and timely client deliverables, including tax returns, extensions, and other regulatory filings.
- Maintain and set up software for client deliverables, ensuring proper configuration and secure delivery.
- Proofread, validate, and execute quality control checks to guarantee accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with all quality control and regulatory standards.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage workload to meet client, internal, and external deadlines, communicating status and any workflow questions proactively.
- Identify issues and appropriately raise escalations to support timely and accurate delivery.
- Support special projects, seasonal tasks, and additional needs as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required; high school diploma preferred.
- Minimum of 1year related experience; experience in a professional services environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work promptly; ability to incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Strong initiative to develop technical skills and apply knowledge with guidance.
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments and manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime and travel up to 5% as needed.
Hourly pay range: $18.00 to $34.10. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
