$115,000-$135,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Greater Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - 1 Day onsite every 2 weeks)

Vaco has partnered with a great company to hire a Revenue Accounting Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead revenue accounting operations while partnering cross-functionally to support new initiatives, strengthen reporting, and ensure compliance in a public company environment. • Lead revenue accounting operations, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP and ASC 606.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches, billing initiatives, and revenue process improvements.
• Ensure effective internal controls, SOX compliance, and successful execution of internal and external audits.
• Research technical accounting matters, evaluate revenue impacts of business changes, and prepare supporting documentation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team while driving process standardization and continuous improvement.

• BS in Accounting or related field required
• Public company experience required
• Large data set experience and advanced excel required
