Accounting Administrator

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top client in Scottsdale, AZ to hire an Accounting Administrator. This is a fully onsite opportunity offering up to $75,000 annually, making it an excellent fit for an accounting professional who enjoys a hands‑on role and is looking to join a collaborative team.

• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping
• Enter and process vendor invoices
• Record daily bank transactions
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Manage company credit cards and employee expense reports
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP

• Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software.
• Multi-entity accounting experience.
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
