Cost Accounting Manager

I'm partnering with an innovative publicly traded company that's transforming technology and they are looking to hire a Cost Accounting Manager. • Lead and improve critical accounting functions including cost accounting, inventory, procure-to-pay, fixed assets, and operational accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field required; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, procure-to-pay processes, fixed assets, and month-end close.
• Manufacturing or other inventory-intensive industry experience is required.
• Public company experience is highly preferred, along with proven leadership experience managing accounting, accounts payable, procurement, or shared services teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, audit support, and ERP systems.
• Remote opportunity for candidates residing in Arizona, offering a competitive salary of $115,000 - $125,000, plus bonus and equity participation.
