What You'll Do - Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and estates
- Develop tax planning strategies that help clients minimize tax liabilities and achieve long-term financial goals
- Research complex tax issues and prepare clear, well-supported conclusions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor
- Mentor and review the work of junior staff while providing coaching and technical guidance
- Assist managers and partners with tax engagements, client consulting, and special projects
- Stay current on changing federal and state tax laws and regulations

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - CPA license - 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience
- Strong knowledge of individual, business, trust, and estate taxation
- Experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office
